David and Dana Boyce offer the client broad experience in real estate in general and Nantucket, in particular. Boyce Realty was formed in 2004 with the purpose of providing extensive knowledge and service to the discriminating buyer or seller of Nantucket real estate.

David’s multifaceted real estate background is unusual on Nantucket. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate, from banking and financing, to running a REIT, to work outs, multiple private development deals, solving real estate problems for a major investment bank, in addition to a six year long development project in Telluride, Co. When that project was finished, David and Dana decided to put their combined experiences to good use by making it available to others, and formed their own company, Boyce Realty, in 2004. In addition, they have built several houses on the island.

Dana started her real estate career in NJ, and then began working on Nantucket about ten years ago.  She has worked primarily with high-end clients helping them to find a special property that will become the foundation for many family memories.

The Boyces moved from New Jersey to Nantucket in 1997. They had been vacationing here with their children since the early 1980’s and loved the island. When their children were grown, they decided the kids were more apt to visit them on Nantucket than in a suburb of New York. How right they were!  Both children now have businesses on the island. (TheBrighamGalleries.com) and (CottageandCastleInc.com) Nantucket does become a magnet for families.
